Dosage: 50 drops per day in 2-4 ounces of water or juice, drink quickly, then follow with 4-8 ounces of water.

It's our understanding that avoiding the teeth as much as possible when using the product should prevent this from happening and the staining should go away quickly via a typical brushing regimen.
