Who should I contact with questions about my order?

With any questions regarding your order, please email ibdshop@crohnscolitislifestyle.com


Where are you located?

Our warehouse and shipping center is located in Orlando, FL. All orders shipped from our warehouse are sent from this location. Any orders dropshipped from external vendors are shipped from the respective locations.


When should I expect to receive my package?

If you live within the United States, we ask that you give our warehouse 3-5 business days for the order to be processed and ready to ship. Once it is shipped, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days with our UPS ground shipping. However you also have the option to select a faster delivery through selecting UPS Next Day Air at check out. Be aware that prices will vary with a faster shipping option. 

If you live outside of the United States, shipping times vary but typically remain within the 3-5 business day timeframe. In addition, you will receive a tracking number that will also allow you to stay up to date with the movement of your order.

What happens when a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold and you will receive an email alerting you when the product is expected to be back in stock and when the rest of your order will be shipped out. 

If you live in the US or Canada and the product is available through Designs For Health, we will dropship the out of stock product directly to you and the rest of your order will be shipped through the IBD Shop warehouse.


Why is my payment not going through?

If you live outside of the United States and your payment is not going through, you must contact your bank to authorize the purchase. 

Where is my tracking number?

After placing an order through the IBD Shop, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If your order was placed through our concierge service (drop ship), your tracking will be emailed to you separately. 


What should I do if my package arrives damaged or there is an issue with the products that arrived?

Please contact ibdshop@crohnscolitislifestyle.com and include a picture so appropriate action can be taken. We will work with you to come up with a solution suitable for your case. 


Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do! Provided that you are within the U.S. and that your product is unopened and that it is within 2 weeks of your package’s arrival. We allow for returns to be sent to our warehouse, however fees for shipping the return is the responsibility of the sender/client. Why is Natren shipped separately if I live in the US?

Natren orders are manually placed and are shipped from a separate warehouse to uphold quality standards.


How do I order Natren if I live outside of the US?

When ordering Natren from the IBD Shop, click the drop down bar and select “international” to ensure Natren is included in your international order. 


What do I do if I am having problems with my Designs for Health Dispensary account? (For members only)

If you are having issues with your account or have questions regarding your order with Designs for Health, you can contact Designs For Health directly by emailing orders@designsforhealth.com or calling (860)-623-6314.


How can I drop ship Designs for Health in Canada and Australia? (For members only)

You can visit https://designsforhealth.com.au/ for Australia and https://www.designsforhealth.ca/ for Canada to access an updated full list of available products for drop ship to those areas. Please note: this is a PRACTITIONER ONLY site and you will not be able to create a login. This is strictly for viewing purposes only. 

You will need to email ibdshop@crohnscolitislifestyle.com to place your order. Drop ship items can only be ordered for SHIELD members and a $20 processing fee is added. However, if you live in Canada or Australia, this option remains a faster and more discounted option than going through US shipping and customs, even with an added processing fee.
