Without daily use of butyrate I would be very constipated. Taken alongside probiotics and beneficial fibers, butyrate really helps build and form proper stool in the colon and fights off the negative effects from toxins/seed oils, and many other things we are exposed to in the world

I take this at the same time as my Natren probiotics, and with the combination of the two I think they have been so helpful! Definitely think this and the probiotics helped to calm my inflammation. It does smell kind of funny, but worth it for the great results! Would definitely recommend.
