I started using Tudca in my protocol a few weeks back and have noticed an improvement on symptoms and better digestion when I eat fats. I know herxing on this is common so it's best to go slow, every other day and even starting with half cap. If you have leftover caps from other supplements, you can use those to split these because the taste is not very good!

I feel like this has definitely helped with keeping me regular. I struggle with constipation and slow motility and when I take this I notice im more regular. I also have gallbladder stones and Tudca is suppose to be great for digesting fats.

My coach recommended this and she has never steered me wrong!

I LOVE Tudca! Tudca was one of the first supplements I implemented that I felt immediate and visceral positive feedback from. It has helped me with Liver/Gallbladder support and digestion (especially helpful for fat tolerance). I use it for constipation relief also. I take it with fatty meals and before bed to help with more complete elimination in the morning. It is powerful though so I advise working up slowly, as I have definitely overdone it before ;)

Been on it for a year and it has been a great help in liver health — had to work up to it starting at 1/2 cap — VERY bitter — don’t recommend opening capsules— have done well with liver improvement
