Great to clean out the system if had bad meals or alcohol

Great Plains Bentonite is the first product I began using in my healing journey, and I noticed a difference right away. It slowed down the chronic diarrhea I was experiencing, calmed down the bloating/gas I was having (especially at night), and was definitely a key player in starting to see "normal" bowel movements. I drink it with water and squeeze of lemon, although it's flavorless. So thankful for this product!

Great binder combo to slow urgency and bulk stool. Well tolerated but need to drink plenty of water. I like that it’s a cost effective binder and a little goes a long ways. Another staple I keep on hand to manage symptoms.
