Super easy to use, has helped with constipation and getting everything cleared out.

I prefer the enema bulb over the bag. It’s easy enough to pack when traveling and cleaning is simpler than the bag in my opinion. I find I get more uses out of the bulb vs the bags. Took me awhile to get the hang of enemas but it’s now become another vital tool in my
healing toolkit.
