This absorb flavor is great! Tastes well and was super beneficial at the beginning of my healing journey when my body wasn’t tolerating as much food or when in a flare. Giving you all the essentials. I will often add a scoop of this to my daily smoothie.

A Literal Life Saver and tastes pretty Good!

Absorb Plus was my only option during some severe UC Flares. It helped me gain a few pounds when I desperately needed it and kept me out of the hospital. This vegan chocolate formula tastes pretty good. I like to mix this 50/50 with the unsweetened vanilla flavor. Sip it slowly through a straw.
I have tried 2 other brands of elemental shakes - both had a gross chemically sweet flavor which I just couldn't stand. I had to throw both other brands in the garbage - which is unfortunate b/c elemental shakes aren't cheap.

I can't say enough about absorb plus shakes. Whether you need to give your digestive system a break, or just need a nutritious and easy meal on the go these shakes are fantastic. I love all the flavor options!
