Nice addition if you have Biocidins other products. I prefer the tinctures to this but loved to use it after brushing my teeth with their toothpaste. It is a small amount though so use sparingly.

A couple of pumps in my mouth keeps the germs at bay. I leave a bottle in my vehicle to use before and after visiting friends, shopping, restaurants, any time I am exposed to the public.
